Warranty & Return Policy

If you wish to return an item or request a refund for any reason, you may do so within 15 days from the date of purchase, provided that you contact us first and receive approval before sending the item back.

Please keep in mind: Etek Laptop will not accept any returns to our warehouse without prior approval.

All returned products must be in the same condition as received, include the original packaging, and come with all accessories.

Unless the product is determined to be defective (at the sole discretion of Etek Laptop), a 15% restocking fee will apply and be deducted from the refund amount.

If the product is missing items that originally shipped with it or is returned in a different condition than when it was sent, the return may be rejected and no refund will be issued.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance, taxes, and any related fees.

All returned products will be inspected upon arrival before any warranty repair or refund is processed. This process typically takes 3–5 business days, but may take longer during busy periods.

Any refunds issued to credit cards can take an average of 5–7 business days to appear on your account. Processing times may vary depending on your banking institution.

For defective products, Etek Laptop will first attempt to repair or replace the item with the same model or an approved alternative. If a suitable replacement cannot be provided or agreed upon, a refund will be issued.
