Refund policy

All sales are final.

We have a 60-day warranty policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to contact us for any problems with your item .

To be eligible for an exchange , your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, you will have to ship the item to our store, no return shipping label is provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
Your defective item will be exchanged with the same product.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if an exchange was approved or not. If approved, we will  automatically ship you another item within 2 business days  payment method within 10 business days.
